"We first meet Ryan Seath of Lochryan Builders when we owned a 1970’s architectural home and required bespoke repair work to wooden joinery, facia boards and sark ceilings. Over the years we have used a few builders, but none matched the skills, craftmanship and attention to detail shown by Ryan.

So, when we purchased our 1950’s two storey renovation project we immediately engaged Ryan and his team. This was a large renovation converting 2 flats into a family home, basically a rebuild. Our aim was to keep the original character with a modern twist.

Ryan’s open and honest communication and project management skills made the process easy and enjoyable for us as owners. His access to and management of other trades people such as Architects and engineers was also invaluable.
